Welcome to MMDx, a secure digital practice platform for licensed doctors.
By creating or using an MMDx account, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using the platform. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Data Stewardship & Health Record Policy, and other applicable MCC policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MMDx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use MMDx only if you:
Are legally permitted to use the platform;
Provide accurate registration information;
Maintain the security of your account; and
Where applicable, hold a valid professional licence or authorization to provide healthcare services.
3. Our Services
MMDx provides digital tools to support healthcare professionals, including clinical documentation, patient communication, prescriptions, referrals, care coordination, billing, and other practice management features.
MMDx is a technology platform and does not provide medical care or replace professional clinical judgment.
4. Professional Responsibility
Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for:
Clinical decisions;
Diagnoses and treatment plans;
Documentation accuracy;
Prescriptions and referrals;
Compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
5. Consultation Documentation
Healthcare professionals may document consultations using MMDx's secure clinical documentation tools.
Patients should be informed that their consultation may be documented using MMDx as part of their clinical care.
Documentation remains the responsibility of the healthcare professional and is governed by the Data Stewardship & Health Record Policy and Consent & Documentation Policy.
6. Payments and Fees
Certain services may require payment.
Consultation outputs may remain unavailable until applicable consultation fees have been paid, unless the healthcare professional designates the consultation as free or applicable law requires otherwise.
Platform fees, subscriptions, and payout arrangements are described within the applicable service plans.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Access information without authorization;
Share accounts or login credentials;
Upload malicious software;
Use the platform for unlawful purposes;
Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials;
Interfere with the security or operation of MCC.
8. Artificial Intelligence
MMDx may provide AI-assisted features to support documentation and workflow.
AI-generated content is for assistance only and must be reviewed and approved by the healthcare professional before use.

9. Privacy and Security
Your use of MMDx is subject to our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and Data Stewardship & Health Record Policy.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and reporting any suspected unauthorized access.
10. Availability of Services
We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
MCC may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect access.
11. Suspension or Termination
MCC may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms;
Present security or legal risks;
Provide false information; or
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Users may close their accounts subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
12. Intellectual Property
MCC retains all rights to its software, trademarks, branding, platform design, and related intellectual property.
Users retain rights to their own content as described in the Data Stewardship & Health Record Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MCC is not liable for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, or professional services provided by healthcare professionals using the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify our services from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels before taking effect where required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the relevant MCC service is provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
