MMDx Doctor Participation Agreement

MMDx is built to help licensed healthcare professionals deliver secure, organized, and continuous care beyond the consultation room.

By creating or using an MMDx account, you agree to practice professionally, protect patient privacy, maintain accurate records, and use the platform responsibly. This Agreement works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Stewardship & Health Record Policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate in MMDx, you confirm that you:

• Hold a valid professional licence or authorization where required;

• Will provide accurate registration and verification information;

• Will promptly update any changes to your professional status; and

• Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

MCC may verify your credentials and suspend or revoke access if your eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Professional Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Exercise independent professional judgment at all times;

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation;

• Obtain appropriate patient consent where required;

• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality;

• Provide care within your professional competence and legal scope of practice;

• Comply with all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions made under your account.

3. Consultation Documentation

You may use MMDx to document consultations, including medical history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up recommendations.

You should inform patients that you are using MMDx as a secure clinical documentation system as part of their care.

Clinical documentation must be truthful, complete, and professionally prepared.

4. Patient Access

You agree to:

• Request access to patient records only for legitimate clinical purposes;

• Respect patient decisions regarding access requests, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law;

• Access only information necessary for the patient's care;

• Never access records out of curiosity or personal interest.

All access activity may be audited.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Where AI-assisted features are available:

• AI may assist with drafting or organizing documentation;

• AI does not make clinical decisions;

• You must review, edit where necessary, and approve all AI-assisted content before signing.

You remain fully responsible for every record submitted under your account.

6. Payments and Earnings

Where applicable, consultation fees, platform fees, subscription charges, and payouts will be administered in accordance with MCC's published pricing and payout policies.

You are responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations.

7. Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential;

• Enable available security features;

• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately;

• Never allow another person to use your account.

Actions performed under your account are presumed to have been authorized by you unless promptly reported otherwise.

8. Compliance and Audits

MCC may review platform activity to:

• Maintain platform security;

• Investigate suspected misuse;

• Verify compliance with this Agreement; and

• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Such reviews do not constitute supervision of your clinical practice.

9. Suspension or Termination

MCC may suspend or terminate participation where:

• Professional licensure is suspended, revoked, or expires;

• False or misleading information is provided;

• This Agreement or applicable laws are violated;

• Patient safety, privacy, or platform security is at risk.

Termination does not affect legal obligations relating to existing health records.

10. Relationship with MCC

You acknowledge that:

• MMDx is a technology platform;

• MCC is not your employer, clinical supervisor, or medical practice;

• Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Changes to this Agreement

MCC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in law, professional standards, or platform services. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required by law.
